The challenge
SWNineteen was founded by Simon Wheatley, a world leader in coach education. Simon had the vision for a world leading Tennis Coach Education and Player Development Business, working alongside his team of associates and international partners to certify, develop and support coaches, players, clubs, academies, federations and parents to flourish. The challenge was to establish a global brand that resonated with diverse audiences across different cultures throughout the world.


Our work
We worked closely with Simon to define the core values of his new brand, ensuring it reflected his passion for excellence while appealing to both his existing followers and a broader international audience. We crafted a distinctive visual identity that would set SWNineteen apart from competitors, and developed a suite of promotional materials for his flagship event ‘The SWNineteen Coaches Conference’.



Our work
Channelling Simon's passion for detail, we built a comprehensive website and membership platform that offered customer logins, access to hundreds of hours of educational content, and seamless user navigation for coaches of all ages and technical abilities. Every aspect of the brand and website was designed to foster trust and long-term engagement. As Simon would be taking on the management of his website and social media, we created a detailed brand toolkit to give Simon all the tools he needed to keep his brand consistent.



The outcome
The launch of SWNineteen was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from coaches and users worldwide. Within its first year, the website attracted 6,000 unique visitors, generating over £40,000 in membership sales. The new brand identity played a key role in the success of the SWNineteen Coaches Conference, establishing the company as a leader in tennis coach education on a global scale. Simon’s vision of transforming coach education has come to life, with the brand now recognised as a trusted authority.



What I loved about Wood & Ham is they really care about getting all the details right, they don't just listen they offer their point of view on every detail. They take a very different vantage point from other designers I have worked with. Every mock up design I viewed was outstanding. The only challenge was which brilliant design to chose. Wood & Ham will be the primary creator for all my content development moving forwards.
