2025 marks a landmark year for tennis at The Queen’s Club. Not only does it welcome the long-anticipated return of the women’s event after 50 years, but it also celebrates 10 years of The Queen’s Club Foundation, a charity committed to opening up access to tennis and other racket sports for all.

Founded in 2015, The Queen’s Club Foundation has spent the past decade doing vital work behind the scenes to make tennis more inclusive, more accessible, and more transformative. From providing equipment and coaching in under-resourced areas to supporting organisations that use sport to improve physical and mental wellbeing, the Foundation has helped remove barriers and change lives, all while quietly building a reputation as a force for good in British tennis.

To commemorate this special milestone, Wood & Ham was invited to design a one-off, 10-year anniversary edition of the Foundation’s logo - a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a cause we deeply admire.

The creative brief posed a meaningful challenge: how do you honour ten years of history while ensuring the identity still feels inclusive, modern, and accessible to the next generation?

Striking that balance was key. The original logo has a strong connection with The Queen’s Club’s identity and heritage, so it was important not to lose that familiarity. At the same time, the Foundation’s impact stretches far beyond tradition - it’s about reaching people from all backgrounds, and making tennis and racket sports something everyone can feel part of.

Our approach was to build on the existing logo rather than reinvent it. The anniversary edition includes a subtle yet celebratory “10 Years” lock-up, introduced in a way that feels both proud and understated. The design complements the Foundation’s values: inclusive, thoughtful, and grounded in a clear purpose.

If you’re attending the HSBC Championships at Queen’s this year, keep an eye out for the Foundation’s presence across the grounds - including the special edition logo we’ve created. It’s a small visual nod to a decade of work that has made a very real difference to communities across the UK.

We’re proud to play a small part in helping the Foundation celebrate this incredible milestone and even prouder to support a cause that’s changing what tennis can mean to people, one opportunity at a time.
