PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) is a global powerhouse, serving more than 20,000 memberships worldwide making it the world’s largest association of coaches. We were tasked by their UK arm to design and build their new website and digital home of PTR UK.

When designing the new website, we needed to ensure it adhered to the global PTR brand guidelines while also establishing its own unique visual identity that would resonate with UK coaches which saw us opt for a formal but approachable tone. Beyond creating a visually appealing site, the project required a robust and seamless user experience for coaches with limited time. Key functionality included allowing coaches to join PTR UK, renew their memberships, or reinstate lapsed memberships with ease. Additionally, the website needed to facilitate the sale of tickets for essential Continuous Personal Development (CPD) events and qualifications throughout the year.

 

To achieve this, we implemented a reliable payment processing system and an integrated ticketing solution designed to stand the test of time, ensuring the website remains fit for purpose as the organisation grows.
