Social media strategy for a software giant

The challenge
Clubspark, a leading sports technology platform supporting over 15,000 sports businesses globally, sought to enhance its LinkedIn presence and visibility. Their goal was to better reflect their strong brand identity and showcase their impressive catalogue of work, which they felt wasn’t as widely recognised as they would like. Targeting the LinkedIn platform, the Clubspark team sought to develop more engaging content to connect more effectively with key influential stakeholders across the global sports industry. The challenge was to craft a structured, consistent approach that would resonate with their audience and reinforce Clubspark’s position as a leader in the sports tech sector.


Our work
We partnered with Clubspark’s internal marketing team to develop a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy centred around three key content pillars: Feature Spotlights, Data Visualisation, and Real-life Case Studies. By aligning each piece of content with Clubspark’s tone of voice and brand guidelines, we ensured consistency and engagement across their posts.



Our work
We achieved this consistency through the use of angular holding shapes, clear and concise typography on high-visibility colour combinations, and a focus on high-quality, dynamic imagery. Throughout our ongoing relationship, we helped craft content ideas, design and develop visuals, and monitor engagement, iterating the strategy based on audience interaction to maximise reach and effectiveness.

The outcome
Within the first five months, our LinkedIn strategy led to a 3,329.4% increase in reactions and generated over 15.5k impressions. This structured content approach significantly enhanced Clubspark’s social media presence, connecting them more effectively with key stakeholders and reinforcing their leadership in the sports technology industry.
