Trust us, good branding makes life easier. People know who you are, they recognise your communications and they start to build familiarity with your organisation or sports club. Without good branding, things can quickly become disjointed and confusing. One version of a logo gets used here, another version appears elsewhere, colours change and documents look different depending on how they’re being sent. Before long, there's no real consistency. It's something we see regularly, but we’re here to help.

At Wood & Ham, we provide brand design services for sports clubs and organisations in Guildford, with a focus on grassroots teams. Having worked with clubs, governing bodies and sports organisations for years, we've seen how much of a difference a clear, recognisable brand can make.

Crafted logos and visual identity

For many clubs, branding isn't something that's been deliberately neglected, it's simply evolved as the club has evolved. A football club might have had five different owners over the years, each creating their own posters, social media graphics and documents. A tennis club might have updated its logo at some point, without updating everything else. None of this is unusual, but it often leaves clubs looking inconsistent.

Lewis and his team were amazing to work with, they led us through the process of creating a unique brand all the way to having a slick and modern website. Lewis's communication skills made the whole process of getting to a finished website very easy to navigate. He gave us different design ideas that were all first class but with different flavours allowing us to pick and choose what we liked, to create something that we and he felt reflected the tennis club. The team was very accomodating and adaptable when we had a new idea that we wanted to try and incorporate, which is a real bonus. Overall a pleasure to work with Lewis and his team and would highly recommend W&H as a design agency.
